CORETECTION RETURN POLICY (Effective February 1, 2025) At Coretection, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide the best experience for our customers. Please review our updated return and exchange policy below. Returns & Exchanges To initiate a return, customers must provide: A clear picture of the returning product. The invoice number.All original manufacturer tags attached and the product in its original plastic bag. Worn or washed products cannot be returned or refunded. If tags are missing or removed, the return will not be accepted. Exchanges for a different size will incur a $10 restocking fee and a $10 return shipping charge. Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved following our refund policy. Defective Products If a product has a manufacturer defect, customers must send a picture of the defect along with their invoice number. In these cases, a new pair will be sent at no cost—no need to return the defective product. Refunds will not be issued for defective products, only replacements. For any questions or to start a return, please contact our customer service team. To return or exchange your order, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number from us. To begin the process, please email customerservice@coretection.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. After completing the return form on the next page, we will email you within (2) business days with the following: Return Authorization Number Shipping Label Return/Exchange Directions Include the RA# on the outside of the package and make a note of the RA# for future reference. Also note the tracking number as provided on the return Shipping label (we do not save a copy of that tracking number). Please include all original packing materials (box, hangtag, etc) and use the original shipping box. To schedule a pick up, please call the shipping company we provide, or drop off your package at any location. The Shipping label we provide must be attached to your box. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return to process your refund or exchange. We will issue your refund back to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. Exceptions Please note we can only process returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from Coreshorts.com for delivery locations within the contiguous United States and Canada. If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the new product once we receive the original item back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to send the product back to us and we will pay for the new product to be shipped to you.

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Generally, all orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 AM EST will ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped and picked up by our courier it's out of Coreshorts hands on how long it takes for delivery. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

CORETECTION PRODUCTS LLC (United States) / CORETECTION PRODUCTS LTD (Canada) warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. OTHER THAN THE FOREGOING WARRANTY, CORETECTION PRODUCTS LLC (United States) / CORETECTION PRODUCTS LTD (Canada) MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PRODUCT.

Customer must notify CORETECTION PRODUCTS LLC (United States) / CORETECTION PRODUCTS LTD (Canada) of any manufacturing defect within ten days of discovery of the defect. Upon a determination by CORETECTION PRODUCTS LLC (United States) / CORETECTION PRODUCTS LTD (Canada) that the product is defective, CORETECTION PRODUCTS LLC (United States) / CORETECTION PRODUCTS LTD (Canada) sole and exclusive obligation shall be to provide customer with a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price, at the sole discretion of CORETECTION PRODUCTS LLC (United States) / CORETECTION PRODUCTS LTD (Canada), and to reimburse customer for any return freight costs.

No, we only ship on business days. Every order placed on Friday after 2 pm will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on Friday before 2 pm for the next business day delivery will also be delivered on Monday.
