SHIPPING INFORMATION
PROCESSING AN ORDER
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Generally, all orders placed before 10:00 AM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 AM EST will ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by filling out our customer service web form. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Coretection Return & Exchange Policy (Effective February 1, 2025)
At Coretection, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return, customers must provide:
✔ A clear picture of the product being returned.
✔ The invoice number from the original purchase.
✔ The product in its original plastic bag with all manufacturer tags attached.
Exchanges:
- Exchange for a different size, the customer will incur the cost of sending the item back.
- Exchanges are processed only after inspection and approval based on our exchange policy.
Important Notes:
- Worn or washed items cannot be returned or refunded.
- If tags are missing or removed, the return will not be accepted.
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval based on our refund policy.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please:
✔ Email us a picture of the defect along with your invoice number.
How We Handle Defective Products:
- A replacement product will be sent at no cost (no need to return the defective item).
- Refunds will not be issued for defective products—only replacements.
Return Authorization Process
To return or exchange your order, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us.

Once your request is processed (within 2 business days), you will receive:
✔ Your RA#
✔ A shipping label
✔ Step-by-step return/exchange instructions
📌 Important Steps:
- Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
- Keep a record of your tracking number (we do not save a copy).
- Return items in original packaging (box, tags, hangtag, etc.).
- Use the original shipping box when possible.
- Schedule a pickup or drop off the package at a designated location.
Processing Time
- Allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return to process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exceptions
- Returns and exchanges are only available for purchases made directly from Coreshorts.com for delivery locations within the contiguous U.S. and Canada.
- If you purchased from an authorized retailer or healthcare provider, please contact them directly for return/exchange assistance.
