Health Care Rebate

1. Check Your Health Plan: Please contact your health insurance provider directly to ask if they cover medical compression support garments. CORESHORTS™ X70 has a Medical compression rating between 25 and 30mmHg. Some health plans may provide coverage for aids, appliances, orthoses, splints, and medical compression devices, but not all offer this benefit.

2. Download Prescription Letter: If you need a prescription to submit a claim, download the Extended Health Prescription Letter. This letter will need to be filled out and signed by your health care provider, and is needed to help you present a formal request to your health plan provider.

3. Review Plan Details: Carefully review your specific health insurance policy for any information related to medical compression coverage, particularly if categorized as compression or recovery-related items.

4. Ask for Reimbursement Details: If your health insurance provider does cover such items, ask about the exact process and any forms you may need to complete to receive a rebate.
